Our Mission & Vision

At Her Game Football Development Centre, we are dedicated to redefining the pathway for female footballers. Our mission is to empower every girl who steps onto our pitch, fostering confidence and skill through professional, inclusive coaching.

We envision a community where female athletes in Warwickshire have access to elite UEFA-qualified guidance in an environment that prioritises joy, growth, and the love of the game.

Why choose Her Game

Because we've been her. Her Game was founded by three former players who spent their lives in the game and came up through it without a single female coach to look up to. We know what it's like to be the only girl on the pitch, to be told to get on with it, to quietly wonder whether football is really for you. It's why every session we run is led by female UEFA-qualified coaches - so the girls in front of us never have to wonder.

Girls-only, on purpose. Not a mixed session with girls allowed. Everything about our camps is built around them: how we coach, how we group them, how we talk to them. Girls try things they wouldn't otherwise try, ask the questions they'd otherwise swallow, and make friends who love the same thing they do. Confidence shows up faster in a room where nobody's waiting for you to prove you belong.

Proper coaching, not childcare. Our coaches are UEFA qualified and have played at a high level themselves. Your daughter will be grouped by age and ability, coached at the right level, and challenged - whether she's never kicked a ball or already plays club football. She'll go home tired, muddy and asking when the next one is.

Safe, and seriously so. Small groups, low coach-to-player ratios, enhanced DBS-checked staff and clear safeguarding procedures. You'll know who's coaching your daughter, where she is, and who's bringing her back to you at the end of the day.

Fun is the point. Football is meant to be joyful. We coach hard, and we laugh a lot. Girls arrive nervous and leave with a group chat.
